Searching in the rights registersThe Danish Patent and Trademark Office provides access here to case information and documents from Danish rights cases within the areas of patents, utility models, trademarks and designs. The patent cases comprise patent applications, granted patents, supplementary protection certificates for medicinal and plant protection products, as well as European patents valid in Denmark. The trademark cases comprise Danish trademark applications, registered trademarks and international trademarks (under the Madrid Protocol) valid in Denmark. The trademark cases do not include EU trademark applications or registered EU trademarks. You can search EU trademarks in the EU trademark database. The design cases comprise Danish design applications and registrations. You can read more about the PVSonline service under "About PVSonline". Under "Current issues" you can find general information about content updates, known errors and news. Until further notice, design cases are not available in PVSonline You can search information about Danish design cases in the European database DesignView DSView.
